Job Summary
An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Finance and Operations Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all finance and corporate functions
- Working with Bank, Legal, Accounting and finance on regular basis
- Budget planning, modeling, and generating practical insights and recommendations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years' management experience and building teams
- 5-7 years' related experience in a SaaS/data businesses
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or other course of study
- 7 years of experience in FP&A and/or Strategic Finance equivalent functions
- Extensive experience in product pricing, employee compensation etc
- Experience in GAAP accounting, compliance, accounting regulations and regulatory functions required in operations
