Job Summary
A content company is seeking a Remote SaaS Finance Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Data entry and bookkeeping tasks using financial software such as Twinfield, Odoo, Exact
- Assist with the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process and track invoices, including issuing invoices to clients and reconciling payments received
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- You're fluent in English, both written and verbally
- You have 1-5 years of experience in a financial assistant or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient user of Excel / Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables, data validation, data visualisation)
- Prior experience with accounting software such as Twinfield, Odoo, Exact
