Job Summary
A provider of product data solutions is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Implementation Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth and successful implementation of our software for enterprise clients
- Learn everything you can about the software product
- Lead customer kick-off calls to scope and plan the technical implementation of client accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience implementing customers in a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, or equivalent project management experience in software
- Strong customer-facing project management experience
- Familiarity with the needs of (enterprise) customers integrating with a SaaS platform
- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams
