Job Summary
A provider of telehealth services for education institutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Platform Customer Success Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for platform clients
- Learn the client’s goals, needs, and initiatives and provide value in all interactions
- Become a subject matter expert in the use of the platform
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of quota-carrying CSM or Account Management experience
- 1+ years experience supporting a SaaS product
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology
- Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution
- Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales targets and goals in a prior role
