Job Summary

A provider of telehealth services for education institutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Platform Customer Success Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for platform clients
  • Learn the client’s goals, needs, and initiatives and provide value in all interactions
  • Become a subject matter expert in the use of the platform

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying CSM or Account Management experience
  • 1+ years experience supporting a SaaS product
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution
  • Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales targets and goals in a prior role
