Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Platform Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating to ensure teams have clear tactical and strategic backlogs
- Introducing, running and tweaking team project management processes
- Recruiting, coaching and developing high performing engineers
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in Software Engineering Management role on backend services exposing APIs
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with at least two different tech stacks as either an engineer or a manager
- Deep knowledge of agile processes and workflows, and experience implementing them
- Technical experience and fluency at the architectural level
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders' concerns live, in meetings, with aplomb
