Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Platform Technical Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a platform subject matter expert
  • Triaging and troubleshooting all end-user escalations from the Tier 1 team
  • Conducting site configurations and maintaining the knowledge base system

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with basic troubleshooting and escalations
  • Able to configure specific features of the platform to fit customer requirements
  • Strong understanding of technical and usability logic within a software or SaaS platform
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Zendesk or other ticketing systems
  • Working knowledge of file decryption tools, Bolger, FTP Servers
