Job Summary
A software development firm is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Products Customer Success Manager in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Work with operations to ensure we're reporting on what makes a customer most successful
- Codify the implementation and customer success process
- Identify customers' product pain points and communicating to the Product team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of SaaS account management experience
- Tech savvy, self-starter that won't need hand holding and likes being a 'jack of all trades'
