Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Renewals Contract Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Tracking an accurate renewal/SaaS list by quarter, account, rep and territory
  • Sending quotes to customers at least 90 days in advance
  • Ensuring Purchase Orders are processed before renewal date expires

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-2 years of inside sales or working as a renewals experience / contracts specialist in SaaS
  • 4 year degree in Business or equivalent experience of 5 years in this role
  • Strong understanding and experience with Software and SaaS contracts
  • Comfortable negotiating and working with customers in Finance, IT and Operations
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
