Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Client Success Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure clients and their people have an outstanding experience
  • Caretake each client in their portfolio
  • Ensure the Client is informed, inspired and successful

Position Requirements Include:

  • Some domestic travel
  • 10+ years account management / client success experience
  • Either SaaS experience, or industry experience or both
  • Familiar with dealing with enterprise or SMB customers in the United States
  • Highly relationship focussed
  • Great at facilitating / orchestrating activity, with fantastic communication skills to match
