Job Summary

A facilities technology platform is seeking a Remote SaaS Software Client Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Become an “expert user” of our platform
  • Support Level 1 Support Team and Project Managers
  • Provide technical and non-technical support to our new and existing customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years experience writing HTML
  • 1-2 years experience with basic SQL
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in communicating technical ideas to non-technical audiences
