Job Summary
A facilities technology platform is seeking a Remote SaaS Software Client Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Become an “expert user” of our platform
- Support Level 1 Support Team and Project Managers
- Provide technical and non-technical support to our new and existing customers
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years experience writing HTML
- 1-2 years experience with basic SQL
- Experience in a technical support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in communicating technical ideas to non-technical audiences
