Job Summary
A healthcare transformation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Engagement Manager in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Support our customers and partners with proven packages and engagements
- Facilitate scoping sessions and requirements gatherings with customer
- Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams to manage a pipeline of prospective customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in B2B style partnerships
- Strong commercial orientation, with experience leading up-sell and/or consumption-based growth
- 5 years relevant experience in business operations in a SaaS company
- Strong business and technical acumen, and executive presence
- Background using data and analytics in decision making
- Results-oriented individual with a history of setting and attaining goals and meeting aggressive timelines
