Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear and concise understanding of customer needs
  • Build and maintain a high quality “success plan” that includes customer objectives
  • Serve as a customer advocate within the company

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel
  • 5+ years of customer success management and related experience
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent client relationships
  • Ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Proven success in rallying the various company functions to deliver customer value
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent desired
