Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a clear and concise understanding of customer needs
- Build and maintain a high quality “success plan” that includes customer objectives
- Serve as a customer advocate within the company
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel
- 5+ years of customer success management and related experience
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent client relationships
- Ability to anticipate change and adjust priorities accordingly
- Proven success in rallying the various company functions to deliver customer value
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent desired
