Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Success activities and outcomes for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and drive new business growth

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Combined background in post-sales, sales experience, and contract negotiations
  • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Knowledge of Sales and Customer Success tools (preferably Sales Force & Churn Zero)
  • Desire for continuous learning and change management
