Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring customer growth, satisfaction, and retention
  • Building, maintaining, and executing on account plans
  • Developing strong relationships with all key decision makers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
  • 6+ years of professional experience, with
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS software Account Management or Client Services
  • Digital Commerce industry experience and knowledge with
  • Background in maintaining and growing ecommerce websites
  • Bachelors' degree in a related field
