Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote SaaS Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the post sales onboarding of new customers is white glove
  • Proactively engage users and managers in a technical and soft skill purview
  • Communicate the value of our products consistently and through creative ways

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 years of experience within a customer success and/or account management role
  • Strong Salesforce background
  • Ability to communicate with technical team members about DevOps Process
  • Understand the software development lifecycle because you have worked with a development team
  • Love building relationships, have exceptional communication skills
  • Highly organized, have a positive attitude, and are a natural problem solver
