Job Summary

A social-good startup has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Sales Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing and continuing to scale at sales team of 60+ individuals
  • Continuing to optimize Faith, Key Accounts, Grassroots and Core sales
  • Managing 5 Sales Directors, each of whom has up to 8 direct reports, to hit sales goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Smart, tenacious, and kind, with a growth mindset
  • 5+ years of experience managing sales managers and high performance sales teams
  • 10+ years of experience and proven success in SaaS sales at a company with multiple products
  • Experience managing change
  • Sales process management
  • Ability to take a strategic decision and run with it
