Job Summary

A leader in zero-trust email security is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Software Senior Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Develop healthy customer relationships and be the customer advocate
  • Ensure the product onboarding and implementation is completed timely and efficiently
  • Complete customer outreach campaigns

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of successful experience as a Customer Success Manager within the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess strong customer relationship skills and build trust and transparency with clients
  • Self disciplined, detail oriented, and well organized
  • Problem solver and resourceful
  • Effectively manage competing priorities and raise issues to the accurate channels
