Job Summary
A leader in zero-trust email security is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Software Senior Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop healthy customer relationships and be the customer advocate
- Ensure the product onboarding and implementation is completed timely and efficiently
- Complete customer outreach campaigns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of successful experience as a Customer Success Manager within the SaaS industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess strong customer relationship skills and build trust and transparency with clients
- Self disciplined, detail oriented, and well organized
- Problem solver and resourceful
- Effectively manage competing priorities and raise issues to the accurate channels
