Job Summary

A global technology company is seeking a Remote SaaS Software Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of top tier clients
  • Manage solution deployments into complex environments
  • Take ownership of escalated technical issues and own them to completion

Required Skills:

  • Customer presentation delivery
  • 2 years’ in a Technical Account Management, Account Management, Product Management, or similar
  • 3 years’ in Support, Administration, or Operations relating to Network and Application Performance
  • Demonstrable increase in responsibility in your previous role
  • Experience in solution delivery and training of customers
