Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote SaaS Technology Sales Operations Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the end to end sales compensation function
• Managing a team of individual contributors
• Creating and communicating incentive compensation plans for the global sales team

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years of people management experience
• Bachelor degree in business, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
• Knowledge of SaaS business models and B2B channel structures
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and an ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Expertise on compensation plan design and quota setting, with an ability to identify areas of improvement
