Job Summary

A transportation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Safe Ride Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor live rides
  • Resolve any issues that may come up during a ride
  • Recognize and resolve problems before they arise

Qualifications Include:

  • Abiliy to work early morning shifts or late evening shifts
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent people skills
