Job Summary

A home security provider is seeking a Remote Safety Solution Customer Service Collections Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and utilize the dispute management system to log
  • Determine appropriate account number to post unidentified payments
  • Participate on internal quality/continuous improvement teams on a rotational basis

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Zero (0) to Two (2) years of Collections experience.
  • Able to interface with SSO on billing service related issues
  • PC experience and/or the ability to learn basic functions.
  • Basic typing ability, ability to multi-task, basic math skills, problem solving skills and communication skills
