Job Summary
A home security provider is seeking a Remote Safety Solution Customer Service Collections Agent.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and utilize the dispute management system to log
- Determine appropriate account number to post unidentified payments
- Participate on internal quality/continuous improvement teams on a rotational basis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero (0) to Two (2) years of Collections experience.
- Able to interface with SSO on billing service related issues
- PC experience and/or the ability to learn basic functions.
- Basic typing ability, ability to multi-task, basic math skills, problem solving skills and communication skills
