Job Summary

A customer engagement services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Saleforce Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Configure technical frameworks to meet project requirements
  • Research and maintain best practices on document repositories
  • Participate and collaborate on design

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel domestically
  • 2 to 4+ years of experience working on multiple CRM Implementations
  • Technical experience with Salesforce platform and ability to leverage Salesforce Service Cloud functionality
  • BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
