Job Summary

A company providing enterprise software support and services is seeking a Remote Sales and Business Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing, deploying and maintaining sales enablement tools, sales policies and procedures, sales repository
• Conducting and facilitating sales training (initial and ongoing)
• Providing regular and ad hoc business reporting

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree, or equivalent in Business or related field
• Major Metropolitan area with preference for Central States USA (Mountain or Central Time Zones)
• Minimum 10+ years of sales operations experience in the software and services industry
• Excellent English, Spanish, and Portuguese speaking and writing skills
• High degree of sensitivity to the cultural diversity of English speaking and non English speaking regions
• Self-confident with ability to work with and influence senior management
