Job Summary

A virtual contact center technology company has an open position for a Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Clearly answering questions and anticipate future needs
  • Taking inbound calls and emails from customers with inquiries

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must have responsive customer service and communication skills
  • Must have strong sales ability
  • Ability to overcome objections and must be able to meet the sales goal
  • Must be able to speak with callers while navigating through multiple systems, entering vital information
  • Must be able to provide at least 20 hours per week on this program during the client's operating hours
