Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Sales and Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying and resolving problems
  • Providing personalized customer service through phone, email and/or live chat support
  • Providing a consultative sales approach regarding various options

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to install and uninstall applications
  • Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical skill or knowledge
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-service role
  • Ability to download products and applications using various browsers
  • Resiliency in adapting to a variety of situations and individuals
