Job Summary

A contact center is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales and Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing excellent customer service on behalf of our clients
• Answering billing questions, changes or cancellation of services, inquiries on the status of an order, troubleshooting services etc
• Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
• Must have your own PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
• A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
• A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously
• Must be a people person who enjoys talking and assisting others
