Job Summary

A company providing business enterprise solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Commission Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing calculation and accurate payment for all sales commissions
  • Administering draw, MBO, commission bonus, SPIFF payouts
  • Handling questions from the field on compensation calculations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ of years of sales compensation and commissions experience
  • Bachelor’s in an analytical field or Business degree with strong analytics experience
  • Ability to capture and use data to inform decision-making
  • Work effectively in an unstructured environment
  • Expertise in business insight, analytics, and troubleshooting
  • Advanced Excel skills
