Job Summary
An international non-profit human services organization has an open position for a Remote Sales Compensation Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage analysis, design, implementation & communication of sales compensation deliverables to drive the business strategy
- Ensure sales compensation programs are competitive, sustainable & have an impact on short & long-term strategic goals
- Oversee and manage global sales compensation and incentive initiatives and projects
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Accounting or similar experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in Sales Compensation
- In-depth knowledge & experience in designing, implementing & managing sales compensation plans & short-term incentives
- Broad knowledge of compensation including regulatory compensation, trends, best practices
