An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Sales Customer Service Representative in El Paso.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding respectively, carefully and effectively to handle all customer inquiries via phone and email
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening regarding sales
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information and sales leads
Required Skills:
- Logical problem-solving skills
- High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Predictable and reliable attendance
