A financial advisory company is seeking a Remote Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a foundational member of a quickly growing sales team
- Collaborating with leadership on strategy, training, and process improvements for salespeople to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Managing the day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have at least 7 years of total software sales experience selling to a range of customer sizes
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives
- Involvement with hyper revenue growth, going from <$5M to $20M+ per year
- Know how to navigate cross-functionally within an enterprise to map stakeholders
