Job Summary

A financial advisory company is seeking a Remote Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as a foundational member of a quickly growing sales team
  • Collaborating with leadership on strategy, training, and process improvements for salespeople to achieve ambitious revenue goals
  • Managing the day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Have at least 7 years of total software sales experience selling to a range of customer sizes
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives
  • Involvement with hyper revenue growth, going from <$5M to $20M+ per year
  • Know how to navigate cross-functionally within an enterprise to map stakeholders
