Job Summary

An IT and computer services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Effectiveness and Strategy Manager 4.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive sales effectiveness through development and execution of clearly articulated communication and training plans, content/sales messaging, processes and tools
  • Develop messaging, value proposition, market and customer analysis, thought leadership and product evangelism for product line(s)
  • Develop and monitor field sales plays and integrated campaigns

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft applications
  • 8+ years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree
  • Expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, and demonstrated project management experience
  • Experience in Program Management, and experience developing and implementing sales and partner training and improved effectiveness strategies
  • 6 years vendor (sales and marketing or supporting roles) experience
  • 10-12 years experience in Industry
