Job Summary

A professional software company has a current position open for a Remote Sales Enablement Learning Design Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and developing world class learning programs that are experiential, drive behavior changes and increase performance
  • Building and maintaining valued relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors
  • Defining and developing scope, objectives, storyboard/outline and other design documents for comprehensive training plans

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required with a concentration in Education, instructional technology or related discipline preferred
  • 7 to 10+ years’ experience in instructional design or training development environment is required
  • Must have the ability to work in an ever-changing, project and process driven sales environment with a strong design sensibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in layman's terms is essential
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership skills
