Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Sales Enablement Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build a training and enablement function to support the company's world-class sales team
- Plan and lead core sales enablement sessions for the entire sales team
- Optimize sales onboarding and develop ongoing training programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience leading sales enablement in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies for sales enablement, sales training, and sales support
- The ability to see problems and identify solutions
- Familiar with adult learning philosophy, training and sales methodologies, and are motivated to drive engagement
