Job Summary
A cloud-based solutions company is seeking a Remote Sales Enablement Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating, delivering and supporting the onboarding curriculum for the sales organization
- Working closely with sales management to create a regional plan
- Developing effective training content and proactively identifying additional expert resources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years’ experience scoping, planning, designing, developing and implementing effective sales enablement
- Experience working directly with sales to understand their learning needs, check content and gather feedback
- Clearly identify success metrics for enablement and training solutions
- Achieve goals in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
