Job Summary

A cloud-based solutions company is seeking a Remote Sales Enablement Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating, delivering and supporting the onboarding curriculum for the sales organization
  • Working closely with sales management to create a regional plan
  • Developing effective training content and proactively identifying additional expert resources

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years’ experience scoping, planning, designing, developing and implementing effective sales enablement
  • Experience working directly with sales to understand their learning needs, check content and gather feedback
  • Clearly identify success metrics for enablement and training solutions
  • Achieve goals in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
