Job Summary

A software technology company specializing in the senior care industry is in need of a Remote Sales Engineering Director .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading and coaching an existing team of Sales Engineers
  • Ensuring team delivers exceptional customer experiences with high quality, value-based demonstrations and customers engagements
  • Optimizing strategies, cadences and processes while providing the support needed to scale

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or related discipline
  • Experience in leading Presales/Sales Engineering teams in a high growth SaaS company
  • Creative problem solver and experience with Design Thinking and Value Based Selling
  • Previous experience with EHR, ERP, CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to work with clients in a consultative role, enhancing their interest in, and ability to work with our solutions
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
