Job Summary
A software development company. has an open position for a Remote Sales Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage, hire and scale a team of sales engineers and customer success engineers
- Work with sales and company leadership to identify areas of improvement
- Drive post-sales onboarding and nurture motions to drive product adoption
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of pre/post sales management experience leading a team of technical field engineers
- Act as a fierce advocate for users by providing feedback into various parts of the organization
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of growing pre sales engineers
