Job Summary

An IT company is in need of a Remote Sales Engineering Head.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Hiring and training new Sales Engineers to ramp quickly
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Engineers
  • Managing on-going customer relationships and all technical requirements in the sales process

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience; preferably in SaaS environments
  • Experience hiring, training, and managing a sales engineering team
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales environments
  • Familiarity with platform integrations, enterprise security, and ability to understand technical limitations of our platform
