Job Summary
A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be hands-on, playing an individual contributor role to start to learn the product and process
- Build a team of experts who thoroughly understand Gong in order to explain the technology to all types of users
- Play an active role in training your team members on new features, processes and collateral
Position Requirements Include:
- Have built a successful team from ground up and be ready to roll up your sleeves and do it again
- 8-10 years of relevant sales engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability leading a customer-facing team
- Know how to build trust amongst your team members and cross-functional stakeholders
- High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
