Job Summary
A provider of customer engagement services is in need of a Remote Sales Executive Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers
- Maintain sales control and guide internal teams
- Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously grow and develop professionally
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in a BPO sales environment, with experience in outsourced customer care services or fraud prevention & detection solutions is required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations
- Evidence of prior, consistent success exceeding or meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million dollar deals
- Demonstration of sales acumen, critical thinking, solution development, intellect, drive, executive presence
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close, prescribes to funnel management
