Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Learning and Enablement Leader.

Must be able to:

  • Work with Sales L&E Leadership to understand the digital strategy for the org
  • Create a strategy to deliver more just-in-time sales training and coaching
  • Deliver relevant assignments and shape custom scorecards for these assignments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • B.A. degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in fast paced corporate environment
  • Keen interest in learning technology, training and continuous development
  • Proficient data analysis skills and ability to identify themes and trends
  • Ability to drive change including stakeholder analysis, communication plan and measurement strategy
  • Strong ability to build senior level presentations and materials using PowerPoint, Excel and Word
