Job Summary
A transportation management software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring accuracy and hygiene of our SFDC database for accurate analysis and reporting
- Building reports, dashboards and analytics to turn data into actionable insights
- Defining, refining and implementing policies for data health/cleanliness and data retention
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working with sales reps and managers on a daily basis
- Salesforce mastery
- Roughly 3-5 years of related and directly applicable experience
- Experience with evaluating and implementing other sales productivity tools
- Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills
- At least 1 year in an analytical role and/or 2 years in an operations capacity
