A global technology company has an open position for a Remote Sales Operations Business Programs Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring a high-performing, robust Sales Operations community
• Building and managing a world class operational capability
• Being a strong thought leader and operational coach on key business initiatives

Qualifications Include:

• You can expect limited global travel, less than 10%
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) required
• 7+ years of demonstrated ability to lead high performing virtual teams
