Job Summary
A data services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with sales team and leadership to enable go-to-market strategy and sales strategy
- Create and own our sales capacity model that drives sales planning, territories allocation, quotas and team alignment
- Team up with our salesforce architect to transform Salesforce.com into strategic asset for metrics, sales automation and sales team accountability
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in a sales operations focused function
- Experience building out sales structure from the ground up
- Experience working in startups or companies in hypergrowth
- Go-to-market strategy experience
- 3+ years working in salesforce with the assistance of a salesforce administrator
- Ability to analyze and define clear rules of engagement within Salesforce to drive accountability and performance
