Job Summary
An IT and computer services company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Operations Leader .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive creation of strategic plan that leads to growth, innovation and quantifiable business outcomes
- Constantly assess all facets of the business and devise initiatives to impact sales performance in conjunction with the extended team
- Drive execution of the long term sales strategy and on-going operational cadence, extending the capacity of Sales Leadership
Qualifications for this position include:
- Skilled in all aspects of commercial sales operations, including planning and budgeting and people development
- Proficient in executive and field communications, program and process development, team management and project management
- Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format
- Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with systems and tools including excel, PowerPoint for executive communication, sales cloud
