Job Summary

A B corporation that provides renewable energy and carbon offset solutions for businesses is in need of a Remote Sales Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Partnering cross-functionally with sales and marketing leadership and business stakeholders to understand goals and requirements
• Executing to delivering scalable and technology based solutions that meet the operational needs of the team
• Owning and being the go-to person for Salesforce.com and must possess a high level of expertise utilizing Salesforce.com enterprise tool

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5 years of direct experience in Sales operations, enablement and/or sales training
• Must be an organized self-starter who can take independent ownership of projects
• Experience supporting multiple accounts or sales funnels
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
• Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills
