Job Summary
An environmental technology startup company is seeking a Remote Sales Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Architecting and administering our CRM instance and adjacent sales tools
- Developing key metrics to be communicated across the sales org and leadership
- Working closely with Finance and other internal teams to provide accurate analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity
- Demonstrated ability to finetune complex sales processes and rollouts
- Ability to analyze complex sets of data and present it in an easy and digestible manner
- Understanding of CRM architecture, design principles, and best practices
- Strong financial acumen and understanding
