Job Summary
A real estate media company has a current position open for a Remote Sales Recruiter in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build relationships and partner with business leaders
- Develop, implement and manage a proactive recruitment search and sourcing system
- Source, screen interview, and recommend top talent
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up environment
- Knowledge of Google desktop products (G-Mail, Calendar, Hangout, Drive)
- Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Successful track record in “closing” either in a recruiting capacity or sales capacity
- Experience in diversity recruiting and ability to source and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
- High attention to detail and a passion for candidate experience
