Job Summary

A strategic services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Configuring product demonstrations to show how the product can deliver solutions that resolve client pain points and highlight opportunities to gain operational efficiencies
  • Providing input to the product team to enhance our solution set
  • Generating responses to RFP/RFIs, develops sales collateral, and prepares proposals

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client facing role
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong customer service orientation for both internal and external customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Must possess strong knowledge of DST products, services, and service practices to provide superior customer service
