Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Sales Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Handle and resolve CRM support cases for both SFDC and Siebel application
  • Assist Sales with issues related to creating or revising Quote issues
  • Train and coach other members of the team (worldwide) as well as ad-hoc Sales requests

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience working in a Siebel and/or SFDC Production Support Capacity
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work directly with business and IT groups
