Job Summary
A staffing and human resources consulting agency is filling a position for a Remote Sales Support Representative in Portland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing sales support to our sales teams by phone, in writing and electronically
- Partnering with the Sales team management to optimize sales opportunities and revenue growth
- Managing the order-book for Company's wholesale and retail teams, through the use of software systems like Diver, JBA, Excel, Word and AX/Dynamics 365
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
